Bill Flynn, principal and owner of Endeavor has extensive experience in bringing designs and products to market quickly and on-budget.

Rob Dautel, Directory of Firmware Engineering, does project management, architecture, design, coding.  With extensive experience in multiple industries and technologies, Rob is the go-to guy for the Endeavor team.

Bill, Associate Hardware Engineer, is the first employee of Endeavor. He is responsible for schematic design, PCB layout, fab, and assembly.  He runs the SMT pick and place equipment, CNC, Laser cutters, and 3D printers.
